Courses
I have extensive teaching experience. I love both teaching and research and in my classroom I always try and make both contemporary and historical subjects relevant to student interests. I've been fortunate to teach in a variety of classrooms from community colleges, to public universities, correctional facilities and world-famoun MIT.
I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Literature and Language Division of Modesto Junior College where I teach first and second year composition, comparative media, graphic narrative, and creative writing.
Below are abbreviated syllabi from a number of my courses.
